What You’ll Actually Do
• Manage extensive litigation processes: Oversee and coordinate support across all phases of active litigation, ensuring smooth progression of cases.
• Coordinate large-scale document production and discovery: Efficiently manage, organize, and prepare substantial volumes of documents for legal production and review, as well as facilitate the full scope of discovery procedures.
• Facilitate witness and expert engagements: Assist with and coordinate the interviewing processes for key witnesses and expert consultants to gather critical case information.
• Draft essential legal pleadings: Formulate and prepare various legal pleadings and other critical court documents with precision and accuracy.
• Execute timely record subpoenaing: Systematically issue, track, and manage subpoenas to secure necessary legal records and documentation.
