Personal Injury Plaintiff Litigation Paralegal | The Ward Law Group, PL

• Mission: Manages personal injury litigation files and supports attorneys to efficiently move cases toward resolution, providing exceptional service to clients.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Case Management: Manage personal injury litigation files from filing through trial.
• Discovery Handling: Draft, review, and respond to discovery demands and responses, including Bills of Particulars, authorizations, and subpoenas.
• Documentation & Organization: Coordinate and organize medical and billing records, damages documentation, and maintain accurate case information in Litify.
• Attorney Support: Assist attorneys with depositions, mediations, hearings, and trial preparation, including preparing exhibits and trial notebooks.
• Client Communication: Communicate with clients in both English and Spanish, providing regular case updates and exceptional responsiveness.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Mid-Career. Minimum 3 years of recent Plaintiff Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal experience, specifically handling New York personal injury litigation matters.
• Experience: Drafting discovery demands, discovery responses, Bills of Particulars, and medical authorizations. Independently managing litigation deadlines. Organizing and reviewing medical records. Preparing trial exhibits and litigation documents.
• Skills: Fluent in English and Spanish (written and verbal). Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to prioritize multiple cases simultaneously. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Bonus: Experience using Litify, supporting trial attorneys, preparing deposition summaries, preparing trial notebooks, coordinating expert witnesses, and working in a high-volume Plaintiff Personal Injury law firm.
