SAP SD consultant for Application support and Maintenance | Bosch

The Tone:
This is a full-time role at Bosch. This position is vital for maintaining the operational excellence of SAP SD applications, ensuring seamless business processes, and delivering high-quality support to customers. What You’ll Actually Do
• Ticket Management: Resolve SAP SD incidents, service requests, and problem tickets efficiently, ensuring resolutions meet KPIs and consistently achieve customer satisfaction.
• System Configuration: Implement and manage configuration changes, along with master data updates, within SAP SD to maintain and enhance robust end-to-end process flows.
• Process Monitoring: Set up and manage background jobs, conduct thorough analysis of process execution, and effectively troubleshoot job-related errors to ensure continuous system operation.
• Integration Support: Oversee comprehensive Idoc processing, including meticulous error handling and precise Idoc mapping, and apply strong ABAP debugging skills to diagnose and fix technical issues.
• Knowledge Sharing: Provide valuable mentorship, guidance, and ongoing support to associates, fostering their professional development and ensuring the delivery of consistent, high-quality resolutions.

The Must-Haves
• Background: A Bachelor of Engineering (BE/BTECH) or MBA degree, combined with deep domain expertise in Sales and Distribution. This role requires an experienced professional with a solid foundation in SAP SD.
• Experience: At least 6 years in SAP SD consulting, demonstrating strong experience across Sales Order Management; Output Management (through EDI, FILE transfer, Mail, PDF forms, Scripts, Smart forms); Idoc processing, error handling, and mapping; Job setups, process, and error analysis; Delivery, Shipments, Picking, Packing, and WM interface topics; Pricing configuration and error analysis; Credit Management, Availability check, Revenue recognition, Credit/Debit Memo Processing, Sales Returns, Free of charge delivery, Intercompany, STO, and Billing. Very good knowledge in GTS processes, including Customs, Compliance, and Preferences, is also required.
• Skills: Expertise in SAP SD configuration, master data changes, and managing end-to-end process flows; strong analytical, problem-solving, consulting, and decision-making abilities; proficiency in ABAP debugging and SO10 text maintenance; excellent communication and interpersonal skills; and the capability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Bonus: SAP certification in Sales and Distribution, S/4 Hana knowledge, ITIL certification, and cross-module understanding of CS, MM, FICO, PP, and APO functionalities.
