What You’ll Actually Do
• Reporting: Report on daily, weekly, and periodic business performance.
• Forecasting: Update and assess daily business forecasts, and manage periodic business forecasts with functional integration.
• Financial Close: Review, analyze, and reconcile financial closes, including providing reporting support.
• Planning: Own and support the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) planning process.
• Business Partnering: Provide business modeling and financial analytics support to the Pod team across manufacturing, warehouse, and supply planning.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor of Science Degree in Finance or Accounting.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, with at least 2 years of combined Accounting, Finance, or Financial Systems experience.
• Skills: Advanced use of MS Office Suite, strong analytical and communication skills, ability to manage multiple priorities, and strong team player skills within a matrix structure.
