This role is crucial for leading the hands-on implementation of Celonis solutions for enterprise customers, ensuring the platform delivers measurable business outcomes and lasting value. You will be an AI-augmented delivery professional, combining platform expertise with advanced AI tools to solve critical business problems.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Initiate & Connect: Conduct business discovery workshops to translate strategic objectives into high-impact Celonis use cases, defining project scope and data requirements.
• Build & Value: Direct AI deployment agents to build data models, process analyses, KPIs, and operational solutions, validating outputs for accuracy and business relevance.
• Problem Solving: Identify process inefficiencies and root causes using Celonis technology, then design and build operational solutions to drive value and improve process conformance.
• Customer Enablement: Enable key customer users to independently use and extend solutions, manage project outcomes against timelines, and ensure sustained value realization.
• Domain Leadership: Develop deep expertise in specific process domains or industry verticals, translating this knowledge into scalable solution patterns and best practices.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Technology Management, Business Informatics, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a comparable field. Strong understanding of enterprise business processes and financial metrics.
• Experience: 7+ years in Management or IT consulting, data/solution consulting, or process improvement consulting. Ability to build and configure solutions on the Celonis platform, including data modeling, process analysis, KPI definition, and automation.
• Skills: Proficiency in PQL, SQL, and Python. Comfort working with AI-assisted development tools, including the ability to write clear specifications and evaluate AI-generated outputs. Strong consulting skills to steer customer workshops, present findings, and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Bonus: Experience with prompt engineering or context engineering. Knowledge of standard ERPs (SAP, Oracle) and process areas (Inventory Management, Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Accounts Payable). Fluency in additional languages beyond English.
