What You’ll Actually Do
• Transactions: Assist with closing real estate transaction documents and binders, including title reports and surveys.
• Organization: Organize and maintain all real estate department forms, records, and case files.
• Billing: Coordinate and facilitate client billing processes.
• Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support to real estate attorneys and other selected attorneys, including calendar management, accounts payable, and travel planning.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s Degree. This role is suitable for candidates seeking an entry-level position in legal support.
• Experience: No specific years of experience are required, though previous real estate experience is a plus. Candidates must be proficient with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe/Kofax.
• Skills: Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively. Excellent communication and organizational skills are essential, alongside the ability to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines. Must be capable of working both independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Bonus: Previous real estate experience.
