What You’ll Actually Do
• Modeling: Build and maintain financial models to support strategic business decisions.
• Analysis: Analyze financial trends, variances, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Planning: Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning activities.
• Reporting: Prepare financial reports, dashboards, and presentations for executive leadership.
• Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide data-driven recommendations.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Experience: 2–5 years of experience in Financial Analysis, FP&A, or Accounting with strong financial modeling and forecasting experience.
• Skills: Advanced Microsoft Excel, data analysis, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
