What You’ll Actually Do
• Data Gathering: Systematically gathers and organizes diverse financial data from multiple sources, ensuring comprehensive and reliable information for all analyses.
• Reporting & Presentation: Prepares clear, basic financial reports and presentations, effectively communicating key financial metrics and performance to internal stakeholders.
• Budget & Forecast Support: Actively assists in the meticulous preparation of organizational budgets and financial forecasts, contributing to the strategic financial planning process.
• Financial Analysis & Reconciliation: Conducts variance analysis to pinpoint trends and discrepancies, performs regular general ledger and bank reconciliations, and ensures overall data accuracy and financial integrity.
• Model Management & Support: Maintains and updates essential financial models and databases, while also supporting senior analysts on ad-hoc projects and assisting with crucial month-end and year-end closing processes.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Possesses a Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a closely related field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience. This role requires basic knowledge of fundamental financial principles and core accounting concepts.
• Experience: Holds working knowledge of standard Microsoft Office products, demonstrating proficiency in tools necessary for data analysis and report generation. The position is an early career opportunity, suitable for individuals seeking to build foundational financial analysis experience.
