Analyst, FP&A | The Trade Desk

What You’ll Actually Do
• Drive financial accountability by improving budgeting and forecasting processes, including refining reporting and templates.
• Expand and optimize the use of new budgeting and reporting systems, suggesting process improvements as the user base grows.
• Provide department-level financial reports to support management decisions and ensure the execution of company goals.
• Enhance capital expenditure forecasting, reporting, and tracking processes.
• Perform value-added ad-hoc financial analyses to inform decision-making and collaborate with the Accounting team on close procedures.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Experience: 2+ years in FP&A, corporate finance, or accounting.
• Skills: Strong Excel and financial modeling skills; solid understanding of financial statements (including US GAAP) and forecasting concepts; strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail; strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to collaborate across teams.
• Bonus: Experience with Workday, Oracle EPM, or other financial systems.
