This role is a key part of the inaugural Charles T. Manatt Legal Project Analyst program, offering a recent college graduate the chance to gain practical legal and project management experience. The position provides meaningful exposure to the legal process, contributing to high-impact client work and is designed for individuals interested in learning about the practice of law before pursuing law school.

• Mission: To support a wide range of litigation and corporate matters through document preparation, research, filings, and coordination of key case and transactional activities.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Logistics Coordination: Coordinate all logistics necessary for client requests, team meetings, depositions, and closings.
• Document Preparation: Assist attorneys in preparing essential legal documents such as pleadings, corporate documents, entity formations, and contracts.
• Material Organization: Prepare, track, and meticulously organize witness materials, document productions, closing documents, signature pages, closing sets, and various filings.
• Research and Analysis: Conduct statistical, factual, and legal research, then compile and analyze the findings to support ongoing cases and transactions.
• AI Integration: Create and maintain AI agents to enhance efficiency and capabilities within the professional environment.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree (B.A. or B.S.) from an accredited four-year college; Entry-Level. Demonstrated interest in law.
• Experience: Willingness to commit to the role for approximately two years. Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure in a team environment.
• Skills: Exceptional organizational skills; excellent written and verbal communication skills; proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Bonus: Proficient in creating AI agents and excited to integrate AI in a professional environment; ability to work overtime as needed, including evenings and weekends; strong academic record.
