What You’ll Actually Do
• Support: Provide efficient and accurate legal software support to the firm’s internal customers.
• Project Management: Organize and assist special project teams for large and urgent administrative or client tasks, including documentation of instructions.
• Document Production: Create, revise, and format documents using computer and legal software, originating them from transcriptions or instructions.
• Technical Assistance: Deliver high-level technical support and assistance to internal customers utilizing department knowledge and experience.
• Court Filings: Assist legal teams with the preparation and filing of U.S. Federal/District and State court documents.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Experienced professional with a strong understanding of legal software applications and document management processes.
• Experience: Proven experience providing high-level technical support, completing multi-step projects from start to completion, and creating/formatting legal documents. Occasional weekend coverage is expected.
• Skills: Strong communication skills, technical proficiency with firm software applications, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to transcribe audio files.
• Bonus: Microsoft certifications and CA e-filing experience.
