What You’ll Actually Do
• Case Management: Handle a variety of family law cases, including divorce, child custody, and property division.
• Prioritization: Thrive in a deadline-driven environment by effectively managing multiple competing responsibilities.
• Communication: Demonstrate exceptional attention to detail and outstanding communication skills in both written and verbal interactions.
• Teamwork: Work collaboratively with attorneys and support staff, ensuring collective success and efficiency in case management.
• Filing: Perform accurate e-filing with county court systems for legal documents and filings.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Core domain knowledge in family law with a demonstrated ability to manage various case types while maintaining high-quality legal work.
• Experience: Minimum of 1-6 years of experience in family law preferred, with other legal experience considered; experience working with multiple attorneys in a law firm setting is required.
• Skills: Exceptional writing skills, proficiency in e-filing with county courts, strong verbal communication skills, high attention to detail, and excellent organizational skills.
