The Tone:
This is a full-time role at TrueSeek, located in the San Francisco Bay Area, CA or Los Angeles, CA, with a hybrid schedule requiring Tuesday through Thursday in-office presence. A remote option is available for the right candidate based in California. TrueSeek is a highly respected plaintiff-side litigation firm, well-known for its client-focused approach, collaborative culture, and commitment to delivering practical results. This position is vital for the expanding Class Action and PAGA litigation team, as it involves handling complex, high-impact class action and representative action matters throughout California. • Mission: Support attorneys in complex Class Action and PAGA litigation matters through all phases of the case, managing files and ensuring all procedural requirements are met with accuracy and efficiency.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Case Support: Provide comprehensive support to attorneys in complex Class Action and PAGA litigation matters across all phases, including detailed discovery processes, thorough document review, and efficient production of relevant materials.
• File Management: Expertly manage case files and diligently maintain litigation calendars, ensuring absolute accuracy and efficiency in tracking critical dates and information.
• Document Preparation & Filing: Prepare essential pleadings, correspondence, and case management materials, while coordinating all court filings and strictly ensuring that all deadlines and procedural requirements are meticulously met.
• Litigation Assistance: Assist effectively with mediation, settlement administration, and thorough trial preparation for active class action, wage and hour, and broader employment matters.
• Stakeholder Communication: Professionally communicate with clients, opposing counsel, experts, and vendors, adeptly managing multiple concurrent matters within a fast-paced, collaborative litigation environment.

The Must-Haves
• Background: A seasoned litigation paralegal with a demonstrated track record and direct experience specifically in Class Action and PAGA litigation.
• Experience: A minimum of 4+ years of litigation paralegal experience is required, with essential direct Class Action and PAGA experience.
• Skills: Possess strong organizational, communication, and time management skills, coupled with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment; excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong case management, multitasking, and organizational abilities are crucial for managing multiple deadlines across active matters.
• Bonus: Direct employment litigation and wage and hour experience is strongly preferred for this role.
