Principal Configuration Data Analyst | Northrop Grumman

What You’ll Actually Do
• Analyze: Interpret Form DD-1423 requirements and their direct correlation to Contract and Subcontract Deliverable Requirements Lists (CDRL/SDRLs).
• Validate: Confirm Configuration and Data Management (CDM) Statement of Work (SOW) requirements for accuracy and completeness.
• Prepare: Format documents in preparation for various approver reviews, ensuring compliance with established guidelines.
• Archive: Prepare documentation for proper archiving, maintaining organized records for future access and reference.
• Audit: Support internal and external audits, including CMMI, and meticulously maintain accurate audit trails.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in a related field with 5 years of relevant experience, a Master’s degree with 3 years, a PhD with 1 year, or 9 years of professional related work experience in lieu of a degree.
• Experience: Proven experience with Configuration Management and Data Management principles and best practices, including the management of contract and supplier data, and familiarity with MIL-HDBK-61.
• Skills: Ability to follow documented rules and guidelines to ensure technical content meets internal and customer requirements, and the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government Secret Clearance (must be in-scope or enrolled in Continuous Evaluation).
• Bonus: Advanced working experience in Jira, working experience with SharePoint, Teamcenter proficiency, and excellent organizational skills including the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
