The Tone:
This is a full-time hybrid role working with a highly respected plaintiff-side litigation firm. Vaco by Highspring is partnering with this firm to find an experienced Paralegal. This role is crucial for managing litigation caseloads, ensuring smooth operations from client intake to resolution, and providing essential support to attorneys within a collaborative environment.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Caseload Management: Manage a litigation caseload from the initial client intake through final resolution.
• Document Drafting: Draft and respond to discovery requests, ensuring timely and accurate submissions.
• Court Filings: Prepare comprehensive court filings and various litigation documents in compliance with legal standards.
• Trial Support: Assist with all aspects of trial preparation, including the organization and compilation of trial binders.
• Client Relations: Conduct client intake meetings and maintain consistent, clear communication with clients throughout their case.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Mid-level career professional with core domain knowledge in plaintiff-side litigation, specifically requiring bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English.
• Experience: Minimum 3+ years of plaintiff-side litigation experience, with proven capability in handling discovery, court filings, and trial preparation.
• Skills: Required bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English, strong verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to independently manage a high-volume caseload.
• Bonus: A paralegal certificate is preferred, as is experience in employment law and/or personal injury cases. Preferred technology experience includes Litify and Westlaw.
