What You’ll Actually Do
• Litigation Support: Provide comprehensive support to attorneys throughout all stages of litigation matters.
• Document Management: Prepare, revise, proofread, and manage legal documents and correspondence efficiently.
• Filings & Deadlines: Handle state and federal court filings and e-filings, while maintaining attorney calendars, court deadlines, and scheduling.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Coordinate effectively with clients, court personnel, experts, and vendors as needed.
• Case Organization: Manage and organize case files, documents, and litigation support functions.

The Must-Haves
• Background: An experienced professional with a solid background in legal support for litigation.
• Experience: A minimum of 5 years of litigation legal assistant experience is preferred, with strong state and federal court filing experience required.
• Skills: Required bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish; excellent calendaring, deadline management, and organizational skills; strong communication and client service abilities; proficiency with Microsoft Office and various legal technology platforms.
