The Tone:
This is a full-time role at TBG | The Bachrach Group, located in Los Angeles, CA. This well-established law firm is seeking a legal professional to provide essential support for litigation matters, spanning from pre-suit investigation through courtroom proceedings. The Litigation Paralegal is critical for effective case management, ensuring organized discovery coordination, precise trial preparation, and consistent daily litigation support. Following a successful onboarding period, this role offers a hybrid arrangement, combining four days in the office with one remote workday per week.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Discovery Process Coordination: Manage and track all incoming discovery requests, productions, and associated case materials, and actively draft, revise, and assemble discovery-related documentation.
• Case File Management: Maintain and meticulously organize both digital and hard-copy case records, ensuring their accuracy, completeness, and immediate accessibility for the legal team.
• Litigation Timeline Management: Monitor critical litigation deadlines, court dates, and all case milestones to ensure strict and timely compliance with procedural requirements.
• Courtroom Preparation: Assist extensively with hearing and trial preparation, including the proficient use of litigation support platforms and presentation technology to support attorneys.
• Attorney and Stakeholder Communication: Support attorneys throughout the entire life cycle of complex litigation matters, engaging in regular communication with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Requires a paralegal certificate and strong foundational knowledge of civil litigation procedures and discovery practices, essential for supporting complex legal matters from inception to resolution.
• Experience: At least 3 years of demonstrated experience in a dedicated litigation support capacity within a law firm or legal department, including practical experience conducting legal and factual research utilizing a variety of resources and databases.
• Skills: Exceptional attention to detail for managing extensive case documentation, proven ability to balance and prioritize multiple responsibilities in a deadline-oriented environment, and proficiency with specific litigation support software, eDiscovery platforms, and Microsoft Office applications.
