Client Success Associate | HRtechX

The TL;DR

• Location: UK based, with international travel for conferences

• Mission: Ensure successful client outcomes from contract signing through event delivery, post-event feedback, and ongoing support.
• Tech Stack: CRM software, Google Docs Editors suite

What You’ll Actually Do
• Client Relationship: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients from contract signing through initial planning stages and event delivery.
• Expectation Management: Align on sponsor expectations pre- and post-sale, ensuring the sales process is deliverable and commitments are met.
• Service Delivery: Coordinate with internal sales, marketing, and operations teams to deliver exceptional client service and resources.
• Sponsor Support: Provide daily support to sponsors, including facilitating their registration through internal management systems.
• Feedback & Improvement: Collect post-event client feedback to evaluate satisfaction levels and identify areas for improvement.

The Must-Haves
• Background: University degree (Bachelor’s or Master’s) with outstanding academic results.
• Experience: 3+ years of experience in client management, account management, or customer success roles.
• Skills: Strong organisational and detail-focused abilities, capacity to structure and prioritise work, fast learning and competency with new systems, proficiency in CRM software, and proficiency in Google Docs Editors suite.
