What You’ll Actually Do
• Financial Modeling: Build and maintain financial models that support budgeting, forecasting, scenario planning, and long-range business planning.
• Strategic Partnership: Partner with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to deliver insights that guide strategic and operational decisions.
• Performance Reporting: Develop reporting tools and analytical frameworks that provide stakeholders with clear visibility into business performance.
• Executive Support: Support financial reviews, management presentations, board materials, and investor communications with accurate analysis.
• Process Improvement: Identify process improvements and monitor industry trends to strengthen financial operations, compliance, and best practices.
The Must-Haves
• Background: 2-5 years of experience in investment banking, management consulting, or corporate finance.
• Experience: Demonstrated strong financial modeling, advanced Excel proficiency, forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning skills.
• Skills: Analytical thinking, attention to detail, and sound judgment to deliver accurate results while effectively communicating across teams and managing multiple priorities in a collaborative environment.
