What You’ll Actually Do
• Research: Conduct legal and factual research using tools such as Westlaw and Lexis.
• Discovery Management: Manage all phases of the discovery process, including Electronically Stored Information (ESI).
• Document Drafting: Draft various legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and notices.
• Trial Preparation: Prepare comprehensive trial materials, such as trial notebooks, exhibits, and witness schedules.
• Court Filings: Coordinate the assembly and filing of motion papers and manage all necessary court filings, including post-trial and appeals.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Senior-level Litigation Paralegal with a college degree and/or paralegal certificate.
• Experience: 5+ years of litigation paralegal experience in a law firm, with familiarity in CM/ECF (federal court e-filing) and Florida Court’s e-Filing Portal.
• Skills: Strong organizational skills, keen attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Bonus: Bilingual (Spanish) and experience in bankruptcy and bankruptcy litigation.
