Paralegal | ALL4
The Tone:
This is a full-time role at ALL4, with flexibility for hybrid work at any U.S. office location, or fully remote can be explored as an option for individuals not near an office. ALL4 is a leading provider of strategic environmental, health, and safety consulting services, helping organizations navigate complex challenges across a broad range of heavily regulated industries. This Paralegal role supports a broad range of corporate legal, risk management, and governance matters, playing a critical part in managing essential functions to ensure the company’s operational efficiency and legal compliance.

• Team: Works closely with ALL4’s Chief Financial Officer, Executive Leadership Team members, and outside counsel.
• Mission: Manages corporate legal, risk management, and governance matters, including contracts, acquisitions, licensing, real estate, insurance, and equity-related activities.
• Tech Stack: Microsoft Office, contract management systems, legal operations tools, document management tools.
What You’ll Actually Do
• Contract Lifecycle Management: Draft, review, organize, and administer a wide variety of commercial agreements, tracking obligations, renewals, and amendments, and manage contract records within designated systems.
• Corporate Transaction Support: Assist with acquisitions and other corporate transactions by supporting due diligence, organizing closing documents, and maintaining accurate transaction records.
• Corporate Compliance & Filings: Prepare, submit, and track business licenses, entity registrations, annual reports, and related corporate filings across applicable jurisdictions.
• Risk & Asset Management: Coordinate commercial insurance renewals and ongoing program management, alongside commercial real estate activities such as lease renewals and new office space management.
• Equity Program Administration: Support equity and options administration through documentation for issuances, exercises, purchases, and buybacks, ensuring accurate record-keeping and approval tracking.
The Must-Haves
• Background: A mid-level professional with 4–6 years of paralegal or comparable legal operations experience, preferably gained by supporting corporate, commercial, or in-house legal matters.
• Experience: Demonstrated experience with contracts and contract management systems, supporting acquisitions, business licensing and registrations, corporate filings, coordinating commercial insurance renewals, and supporting equity/options issuances, purchases, and buybacks.
• Skills: Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail, the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines, excellent written and verbal communication skills, sound judgment, the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Bonus: Ability to work independently while effectively collaborating with various teams, a practical understanding of corporate governance, entity management, and compliance processes, experience in improving templates, trackers, and workflows to increase efficiency, strong problem-solving skills, and a proactive, service-oriented approach.
