What You’ll Actually Do
• Client Communication: Manage ongoing communication with clients, counsel, and other involved parties, including drafting and sending letters.
• Discovery Management: Propound and respond to discovery requests, ensuring all deadlines are calendared and met according to the Code of Civil Procedure.
• Document Preparation & Filing: Prepare and e-file a variety of legal documents, including motions, pleadings, jury fees, CMC statements, and subpoenas.
• Case Coordination: Assist with scheduling depositions, mediations, and DMEs, and coordinate with experts to obtain necessary records.
• File Organization: Organize and maintain clients’ electronic files diligently within the firm’s case management systems.

The Must-Haves
• Background: A paralegal with a minimum of 2 years of experience primarily focused on automotive and premises personal injury cases.
• Experience: 2-5 years of personal injury experience, familiar with Windows operating system and Microsoft Office applications.
• Skills: Bilingual in English and Spanish, an investigative mindset, the ability to manage a high volume of cases, excellent client service and communication skills, and outstanding attention to detail. Must be highly organized and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Bonus: Experience in CA, WA, and/or AZ/OR; experience utilizing AI tools.
