This role is crucial for providing essential legal secretarial support, ensuring the efficient operation of administrative and document management processes within a demanding legal setting. • Mission: To provide comprehensive legal secretarial support, ensuring accurate document preparation, efficient file management, and effective communication within a deadline-driven legal environment.
• Tech Stack: Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint), ProLaw or a similar case management system, a document management system

What You’ll Actually Do
• Document Preparation: Accurately draft, format, and finalize legal documents, correspondence, and presentations using the Microsoft Office Suite.
• File Management: Systematically organize and maintain both hard copy legal files and digital records within document and case management systems.
• Communication Support: Execute professional verbal and written communications, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and adherence to firm standards.
• Administrative Coordination: Manage and prioritize multiple administrative and secretarial tasks to ensure timely completion of assignments within a deadline-driven environment.
• System Operation: Efficiently utilize ProLaw or similar case management systems for workflow management, data entry, and record retrieval.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Experience working in a legal secretarial or administrative support capacity, demonstrating strong organizational aptitude in a deadline-driven environment.
• Experience: Required experience in organizing and filing hard copy legal files.
• Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint), expertise in ProLaw or a similar case management system, strong attention to detail, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and a high level of organizational ability.
• Bonus: Previous experience working with a document management system is preferred.
