What You’ll Actually Do
• Evaluate Investments: Systematically review, analyze, diligence, price, and recommend appropriate actions for potential real estate equity investment opportunities.
• Propose Strategies: Prepare and present concise, well-supported investment recommendations to both internal staff and the designated investment committee.
• Build Relationships: Establish and actively manage business relationships with external brokers, bankers, real estate owners, and other real estate professionals.
• Oversee Investment Lifecycle: Assist with and perform all required closing and post-closing activities, including comprehensive asset management, re-underwriting, and ongoing reporting needs.
• Manage Documentation & Reporting: Prepare, maintain, and manage internal NCA Realty Partners operational documents and processes, alongside generating scheduled and ad hoc reporting for NCA Realty Partners and its clients.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field.
• Experience: One to three years of investment or asset management related experience.
• Skills: Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and general business software applications; excellent interpersonal and communication (verbal and written) skills; ability to work independently or within a team; ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously in a time-sensitive environment.
• Bonus: Familiarity with the use of Argus and other real estate analytical software applications; ability to travel up to 25%; exhibit teamwork, collaboration, analytical thinking, and self-motivation.
