The position involves significant litigation experience within labor and employment law, helping clients navigate complex legal issues and enhance their legal work product.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Litigate a variety of labor and employment law cases for management clients.
• Mediate and negotiate influential employment law cases and labor contracts.
• Apply AI-driven and emerging technologies to enhance legal work product and efficiency.
• Deliver high-quality client service by developing effective solutions for complex business challenges.
• Develop nuanced legal strategies to guide clients through a complex business world.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Licensed attorney in Florida with excellent academic credentials, specializing in labor and employment law.
• Experience: Minimum of 3 to 8 years of significant litigation experience, with labor and employment law experience strongly preferred.
• Skills: Strong legal advocacy and litigation management, familiarity with and openness to leveraging AI-driven and emerging technologies, aptitude to apply technology effectively.
• Bonus: Experience with unfair competition and trade secrets.
