What You’ll Actually Do
• Document Preparation: Prepare, proofread, and meticulously organize a variety of correspondence and letters to ensure professional communication standards are met.
• Data Management: Execute accurate data entry and consistently maintain precise electronic records for all relevant case files and client interactions.
• File System Maintenance: Take responsibility for systematically organizing and managing both digital and physical files, ensuring secure storage and efficient retrieval.
• Information Digitization: Perform scanning, uploading, and indexing of various documents, accurately integrating them into the firm’s electronic management systems.
• External Liaison: Professionally communicate with insurance companies via telephone to efficiently obtain critical claim information, verify policy coverage details, and conduct necessary follow-ups on requests.
The Must-Haves
• Background: This role is suitable for an Entry-level professional with an innate aptitude for administrative support, specifically within a legal environment, demonstrating a foundational understanding of office operations.
• Experience: Candidates must possess strong computer skills and proven proficiency in working with electronic documents and standard office software, alongside the ability to quickly adapt and learn new technology and software platforms.
