Treasury Analyst – Hybrid Three Days A Week In Office | Trinity Health

What You’ll Actually Do
• Cash Management Support: Provide ongoing support for the centralized Cash Management Program and the Treasury Workstation, including maintenance, enhancements, and daily cash positioning.
• Debt Program Administration: Assist in the administration of the over $1.6 billion centralized debt program, monitoring payments, managing intercompany loans, and preparing necessary documentation.
• Banking Relationships: Support bank relationships by analyzing fees, setting up accounts and services, and reviewing new banking products and technologies for applicability to member organizations.
• Merchant Services Coordination: Facilitate merchant banking requests, provision web-based merchant card processing applications, and manage POS device orders and inventory.
• Financial Reporting & Analysis: Prepare monthly and quarterly treasury management reports, assist with fiscal year-end financial reporting, and provide financial analysis for special projects.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s Degree in accounting or finance.
• Experience: Three to five years experience in accounting or finance, preferably in cash management or Treasury; two years merchant card knowledge and experience are strongly preferred.
• Skills: Thorough understanding of accounting and banking concepts, strong analytical skills, proficiency in Excel and databases, strong interpersonal and communication skills, ability to make independent decisions and work under pressure.
• Bonus: Master’s degree in Business Administration, Certified Cash Manager certification.
