What You’ll Actually Do
• Document Production: Manage and coordinate all aspects of document productions for various legal proceedings.
• Authorization Preparation: Prepare necessary authorizations required to access privileged information, ensuring compliance and confidentiality.
• Disclosure Drafting: Draft 16.1 disclosures accurately and in accordance with relevant procedural rules.
• Expert Coordination: Coordinate effectively with experts to facilitate the timely provision of all necessary documents and information.
• Trial Materials Organization: Summarize medical records and meticulously organize all documents, records, and exhibits for trial presentation.

The Must-Haves
• Background: An experienced professional with a strong understanding of legal processes, specifically within a litigation context, and a detail-oriented approach.
• Experience: Minimum of three years of prior experience in insurance defense, along with demonstrated proficiency in all phases of litigation.
• Skills: Possess a strong understanding of Federal and State Court filing systems and a comprehensive knowledge of the Nevada Rules of Civil Procedure.
