What You’ll Actually Do
• Manage: Manage a variety of litigation and pre-litigation matters by organizing files and tracking deadlines to ensure timely case progression.
• Support: Support the intake of new legal claims by gathering details, assisting investigations, and preparing insurance reports.
• Handle: Handle responses to subpoenas and other document requests.
• Build: Build strong relationships with vendors, contractors, insurers, and brokers to ensure clear communication and smooth operations.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Minimum qualification: Bachelor’s degree. Career level: Requires 5+ years of professional experience in a law firm or corporate setting, along with a paralegal certificate.
• Experience: 5+ years in a law firm or corporate setting.
• Skills: Proficient with Microsoft Office, excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Bonus: Experience in the insurance industry.
