What You’ll Actually Do
• Client Intake & Communication: Manage initial client inquiries and prospective client intake processes by gathering all necessary information accurately and efficiently, serving as a crucial first point of contact for individuals seeking legal assistance.
• Client Interviews & Support: Conduct detailed interviews with clients, meticulously collecting pertinent facts, comprehensive timelines, and supporting documentation essential for their cases, ensuring all relevant information is captured for subsequent legal proceedings.
• Case Progression & Management: Work actively on cases assigned throughout their entire lifecycle, focusing specifically on personal injury and worker’s compensation matters, which includes tracking progress, preparing necessary filings, and supporting attorneys from inception to resolution.
• Document Tracking & Organization: Implement and maintain robust systems for tracking and organizing critical legal documents, correspondence, and evidence, ensuring all case-related paperwork is accurately cataloged and easily retrievable for efficiency and compliance.
• General Administrative & Support: Provide essential administrative support to the firm, including professionally answering incoming phone calls, directing inquiries appropriately, and managing schedules as needed to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
