What You’ll Actually Do
• Review Responses: Confirm that requested changes from comment letters have been accurately incorporated into responses.
• Escalate Disclosure Issues: Identify “yes” responses on seller disclosure forms that require further in-depth review and flag them appropriately.
• Ensure Ad Compliance: Scrutinize advertisements to verify they meet all compliance requirements, including necessary disclosures.
• Process Franchise Filings: Conduct an initial review of franchise filing amendments and effectively communicate any identified changes to examiners.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-Level. This role requires a Bachelor’s Degree and foundational knowledge in legal compliance principles and meticulous document review processes.
• Experience: No specific years of experience are required. Proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications, specifically Word and Outlook, is essential, along with comfort and familiarity in navigating various web-based systems.
• Skills: Strong attention to detail, the ability to identify missing disclosures in complex documents, clear written and verbal communication skills, and the capacity to manage multiple tasks effectively in a high-volume work environment while escalating issues appropriately.
• Bonus: Prior experience working in a law firm or a business setting is helpful but not a mandatory requirement for this position.
