The Tone:

The firm is seeking two experienced Business Immigration Paralegals to manage and process critical business immigration cases, contributing directly to the successful legal representation of its clients. This position offers a hybrid work model, blending in-office collaboration with remote flexibility.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Process and manage business immigration petitions: Oversee the end-to-end processing of H-1B, L-1, TN, and PERM cases.
• Draft legal documents: Prepare and write high-quality legal documents required for immigration filings.
• Support various business visa applications: Directly apply expertise to different business visa types, including H-1B, L-1, TN, and PERM.
• Ensure written communication excellence: Produce clear, concise, and accurate written correspondence and submissions for all assigned cases.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Experienced professional with core domain knowledge in business immigration, specifically gained within a large law firm environment.
• Experience: 3+ years of hands-on experience in business immigration, including H-1Bs, L-1s, TNs, and PERMs.
• Skills: Excellent writing abilities, strong organizational skills, and meticulous attention to detail.
• Bonus: A strong track record demonstrating job stability.
