• Role: 3rd to 4th year Associate
• Location: In-person, New York, NY
• Pay: $235000–$310000 yearly
• Team: Collaborative national team; works closely with partners and senior lawyers
• Mission: Support high-stakes white collar criminal defense, internal investigations, and government enforcement matters for corporate and individual clients.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Support: Assist with white collar criminal defense, internal investigations, and government enforcement matters.
• Prepare: Help with witness preparation for various proceedings.
• Draft: Create pleadings, briefs, and other legal memoranda and motions.
• Manage: Handle discovery processes for complex litigation.
• Appear: Aid in preparing for hearings and related court appearances.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Juris Doctor; 3rd to 4th year career level focused on white collar litigation, government investigations, and complex disputes.
• Experience: Approximately 3 to 4 years of white collar litigation experience, including government investigations and related complex litigation, with experience preparing for and participating in depositions, and court appearances.
• Skills: Strong drafting skills across pleadings, dispositive motions, and legal memoranda; excellent legal research, analytical, and persuasive writing skills; active New York Bar admission.
