What You’ll Actually Do
• Draft Pleadings: Draft critical legal documents and dispositive motions for high-stakes litigation.
• Participate in Appearances: Prepare for and actively engage in depositions and court appearances.
• Manage Communications: Handle complex communications with clients and opposing counsel.
• Conduct Research: Perform in-depth legal research and strategic case analysis.
• Assist with Fact Development: Support critical witness interviews and fact development.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Juris Doctor (J.D.) from a nationally ranked law school, with admission to the New York State Bar. Core domain knowledge in litigation, specifically including antitrust matters.
• Experience: 3+ years of proven professional experience in litigation, including dedicated experience with antitrust matters.
• Skills: Superior research, analytical, and persuasive writing abilities.
• Skills: Strong communication skills for managing complex interactions.
