What You’ll Actually Do
• Administration: Organize client information, prepare basic documentation, and assist with scheduling appointments and follow-up tasks.
• Data Management: Perform accurate data entry, update internal client records, and maintain the integrity of organizational information.
• Research Support: Support the team by conducting research on various insurance plans and current industry trends to aid in client guidance.
• Communication: Assist in creating simple client communications and tracking inquiries to ensure timely responses and clear exchanges.
• Resource Coordination: Coordinate and manage digital files and other resources to ensure efficient access and organization for the team.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-Level. Demonstrated interest in insurance, health coverage, or related fields.
• Experience: No prior professional experience required.
• Skills: Strong organizational and time-management skills; Solid written and verbal communication skills for professional interactions; Comfort with basic computer applications and willingness to learn new tools; Attention to detail for documentation and data entry; Ability to work independently in a remote setting while collaborating effectively with a dispersed team.
• Bonus: Current student or recent graduate in Business, Finance, Communications, or a related academic field; Prior coursework or exposure to insurance is helpful but not required.
