What You’ll Actually Do
• Client Intake: Conduct initial interviews with new clients to understand their needs and efficiently set up their first appointments.
• Case Development: Proactively gather and organize all available information, evidence, and critical documentation to meticulously build and support each client’s legal case.
• Schedule Management: Maintain strict compliance with the established schedule of assigned appointments, ensuring smooth client interactions and case progression.
• Reporting & Tracking: Generate comprehensive weekly or monthly reports that detail the progress and results achieved for all assigned tasks and cases.
• Software Utilization: Effectively use the firm’s specialized software system for case management, documentation storage, and information retrieval, with provided training.

The Must-Haves
• Background: An experienced professional with a strong foundation in personal injury law, dedicated to supporting clients through the legal process.
• Experience: Must possess at least three years of direct experience as a Case Manager within a Personal Injury Firm or in an equivalent capacity.
• Skills: Proficient in client interviewing, meticulous information gathering, evidence organization, appointment scheduling, and generating detailed reports.
• Bonus: Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is a valuable asset for this role.
