Junior Financial Analyst | Körber Supply Chain
The Tone:
This is a full-time, exempt role at Körber Supply Chain, located in Irving, Texas, USA, with a hybrid work setting. Körber is pioneering cutting-edge sorting technology and solutions that shape the future of mail and parcel automation across Europe, North America, and Asia. This role is crucial for overseeing the end-to-end P&L forecasting, validating preliminary figures, and performing variance analysis required to support rolling forecasts and the budget cycle.

• Tech Stack: Sales Force, SAP, LucaNet, Picasso, Excel (formulas, pivot tables, macros, data visualization tools)
What You’ll Actually Do
• Collect: Collect, interpret, and analyze financial data from internal and external sources to identify trends, variances, and opportunities.
• Report: Create accurate and timely financial reports, summaries, and presentations for senior management and stakeholders.
• Model: Build and maintain complex financial models to forecast Order Intake, Revenue, Operating expenses, cash flow, and profitability.
• Budget: Assist in the development of budgets and financial forecasts, ensuring alignment with company goals and market conditions.
• Collaborate: Work closely with finance, accounting, operations, and other departments to gather data and ensure accuracy.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience: Proven track record in developing financial models, analyzing financial statements, and supporting strategic business decisions.
• Skills: Ability to interpret complex financial data and identify trends; proficiency in building, maintaining, and interpreting financial models using Excel or specialized software; high level of accuracy in data analysis, report preparation, and forecasting; clear presentation of complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders verbally and in writing; strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently.
• Bonus: Experience with financial software and ERP systems (Sales Force, SAP, LucaNet, Picasso).
