What You’ll Actually Do
• Administrator: Administer the financial reporting software utilized by several teams across the organization, ensuring its smooth operation.
• Partner: Partner with key stakeholders throughout the company to verify the accuracy of financial allocations.
• Analyze: Perform comprehensive analysis of month-end and forecast variances, providing clear and concise commentary to Finance Leadership.
• Submit: Prepare and submit financial data from the local ERP system into consolidation software for Corporate review.
• Create: Generate monthly financial statements that are critical for senior finance leadership during month-end close and forecast reviews.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance. This is an early career role requiring fundamental domain knowledge.
• Experience: 1+ years of finance and accounting experience, preferably gained within a large corporation. Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel is a prerequisite.
• Skills: Strong analytical skills for detailed financial review, excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills for professional interaction, a detail-oriented approach with a strong commitment to quality and accuracy, and proven time management skills to handle multiple tasks and meet strict deadlines.
• Bonus: Experience leading or managing projects, previous experience within a global manufacturing organization with multiple reporting units, and prior SAP experience.
