• Mission: This person focuses on portfolio and property level analysis to support financial planning, provide insights, and enable data-driven decisions.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Financial Analysis: Conduct variance analysis relative to forecast, investigate material differences, and provide commentary on key performance drivers.
• Reporting & Forecasting: Support forecasting and reporting efforts leveraging Anaplan and Power BI, and assist with property-level budgeting.
• Operational Insights: Support ongoing collaboration efforts with operating partners around data and operational insights to drive improved property-level outcomes.
• Model Development: Create and maintain updated financial models and support ad hoc segment analysis.
• Cross-functional Support: Liaise with departments across the organization to provide insights into base-level data and review property, operator, and portfolio level financial statements.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
• Experience: 3-5+ years of related work experience.
• Skills: Financial modeling, variance analysis, reporting, data analysis (Anaplan, Power BI), and cross-functional collaboration.
• Bonus: An MBA or CPA is preferred.
