This Senior Analyst position is integral to the Healthcare Life Sciences team within Investment Banking, where the team is committed to delivering creative, market-based strategies. The role directly supports senior bankers in providing comprehensive advisory and capital raising services, utilizing a universal banking approach to serve high-growth, entrepreneurial middle-market companies.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Documentation: Prepare client presentations, offering memoranda, internal committee memoranda, and management and board presentations for senior bankers.
• Execution: Drive transaction execution through direct client interaction and communication throughout the deal process.
• Due Diligence: Manage comprehensive client due diligence processes to support transaction integrity.
• Analysis: Conduct extensive financial modeling and valuation, along with assessing industry research and trends.
• Coordination: Liaise with internal and external parties, including corporate issuers, financial sponsors, and legal counsel, to expand corporate relationships and facilitate the day-to-day deal process.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Career level: Senior. Deep domain knowledge in investment banking with a primary focus on the Healthcare Life Sciences sector.
• Experience: At least 2 years of experience working directly in investment banking, specifically with a significant portion in healthcare-related transactions. Required FINRA Registrations include Series 63, 79 licenses, and the Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) Exam, which must be obtained at the time of hiring or shortly thereafter.
• Skills: Essential skills include strong Microsoft Excel proficiency, exceptional verbal and written communication capabilities, an elevated attention to detail with consistency in work product, a strong work ethic, and the ability to be a proactive team player.
• Bonus: Knowledge of industry-specific tools such as Dealogic, CapIQ, Bloomberg, and general proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite is strongly preferred.
