What You’ll Actually Do
Inquiry Management: Interact daily with Financial Institutions Banking and underwriting teams to handle inquiries and generate financial solutions.
Collateral Creation: Work closely with senior-level colleagues to generate/create marketing materials such as presentation decks, memos, RFP/RFQ proposals, and financial cashflow modeling.
Market Data Distribution: Maintain and distribute FHN Financial’s internal deliverables, including daily market commentary and market data for presentation decks.
Transaction File Oversight: Assemble and maintain transaction deal files, ensuring they are reviewed and approved by banking, management, and compliance teams.
Client Experience: Operate as part of the team to provide clients with a positive and professional banking experience.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in finance or equivalent practical experience gained through relevant work history, with a focus on financial analysis and investment banking principles.
• Experience: 3 to 5 years preferred finance industry experience, demonstrating strong proficiency as an MS Office Power User.
• Skills: FINRA Series 7, 63, and SIE license or the ability to obtain licensure within 6 months, and the ability to analyze municipal market and economic information.
• Bonus: Ability to work well under pressure while managing multiple priorities and deadlines, coupled with strong organizational, time management, and communication skills for presenting information and collaborating across teams.
