This is a full-time Financial Analyst role located in the Metro-Detroit area, working for Venteon’s client, a well-established company and a leader within their industry. This position is vital to the corporate FP&A department, supporting the preparation of consolidated financial statements, forecasts, and various monthly and annual financial analysis functions. The role is designed for a qualified and highly motivated individual ready to contribute to a high-performing team.

• Mission: Assist in the preparation of consolidated financial statements and forecasts, and perform various monthly and annual financial analysis functions.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Forecast: Prepare weekly forecasts.
• Reporting: Assist with monthly reporting of financial results.
• Analysis: Analyze data related to quarterly and annual financial statements.
• Improvement: Lead the implementation of process improvements within the FP&A area.
• Planning: Execute month and quarterly planning and analysis functions.
• Statements: Prepare and analyze financial statements.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-Level professional with core domain knowledge in corporate finance or accounting.
• Experience: 1+ years of related experience in a corporate finance or accounting department.
• Skills: Strong analytical skills; strong written communication skills; strong interpersonal skills.
