What You’ll Actually Do

• Document Management: Execute expert-level calendaring, e-filing, and meticulous organization of all legal documents and correspondence.
• Compliance Assurance: Navigate court websites and rules to ensure 100% compliance with all legal procedures and deadlines.
• Client & Court Interaction: Serve as a primary point of contact for clients and court personnel, representing the firm with polished communication.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Demonstrated long-term commitment and growth in previous legal support roles, with deep familiarity in litigation lifecycles and court rules.
• Experience: Proficiency in e-filing portals, expert-level calendaring, and court website navigation.
• Skills:
