What You’ll Actually Do
• Develop pitch books for client presentations and strategic initiatives.
• Conduct comprehensive valuation analysis, including Trading Comparables (Comps) and Discounted Cash Flow (DCF) models.
• Construct and refine financial models to support deal analysis and projections.
• Assist with sourcing and due diligence processes for potential transactions.
• Perform in-depth industry and company research to inform strategic decisions and support ongoing deals.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-Level. Primarily 1st and 2nd-year university students interested in investment banking.
• Experience: No specific years required. Candidates must demonstrate hunger, be quick learners, and show commitment to excelling in finance.
• Skills: 3-Statement Financial Modeling, Discounted Cash Flow (DCF) Analysis, Trading Comparables (Comps), Precedent Transactions, Advanced Excel & PowerPoint techniques, Industry Research & Sourcing Strategies.
