What You’ll Actually Do
• Manage: Plaintiff Personal Injury cases from intake through resolution.
• Draft: Pleadings, discovery requests and responses, and correspondence.
• Coordinate: Medical records, case documentation, and litigation deadlines.
• Assist: With trial preparation and overall case management.
• Maintain: Case files, calendars, and communicate with clients and medical providers.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Experienced professional with core domain knowledge in Plaintiff Personal Injury paralegal work.
• Experience: 3+ years of Plaintiff Personal Injury Paralegal experience required, with a preference for handling litigation files from pre-suit through trial preparation.
• Skills: Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking abilities.
• Bonus: Experience in Medical Malpractice is a strong plus.
