What You’ll Actually Do
• Document Collection: Assist attorneys with the collection of large-scale documents during the discovery phase of litigation.
• Document Production & Review: Support large-scale document production and review utilizing various eDiscovery platforms, such as Relativity.
• Data Management & Reporting: Maintain, track, and report on data using Microsoft Excel, including the creation of pivot tables for analysis.
• Case File Management: Manage case files efficiently through the firm’s document management systems.
• Technology Integration: Engage with and leverage innovative technology platforms, including legal-specific AI tools like Harvey, to reduce routine tasks and focus on impactful work.

The Must-Haves
• Background: 2-3 years of legal support experience, with eDiscovery experience highly preferred, supporting legal professionals in litigation contexts.
• Experience: Proven experience with document review software such as Relativity, DISCO, or Reveal.
• Skills: Technical proficiency with Microsoft Excel, strong organizational skills for document management, highly detail-oriented workflow execution, and excellent communication abilities.
• Bonus: A willingness and desire to work with and adopt innovative technology platforms to enhance legal support processes.
