What You’ll Actually Do
• Draft, review, and prepare legal documents related to workers’ compensation defense matters.
• Maintain and organize comprehensive case files effectively.
• Manage attorney calendars, scheduling, and critical deadlines.
• Coordinate case activity and support attorneys throughout all phases of litigation.
• Meet yearly billable requirements.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Experienced Paralegal with expertise in workers’ compensation defense.
• Experience: 3+ years of workers’ compensation defense paralegal experience, specifically with Pennsylvania and New Jersey workers’ compensation procedures.
• Skills: Strong written and verbal communication, high attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple deadlines, and proactive organizational skills.
• Bonus: Experience with New York workers’ compensation procedures.
