They will be responsible for assisting attorneys across all phases of discovery and trial preparation, drafting essential legal documents, and meticulously managing commercial litigation files to ensure efficient and effective legal support for the firm’s diverse clientele.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Document Drafting: Draft routine correspondence and various legal documents essential for litigation proceedings.
• Record Management: Collect, organize, and meticulously review records pertinent to ongoing cases.
• Discovery and Trial Support: Assist attorneys and legal teams through all phases of discovery and comprehensive trial preparation.
• File Oversight: Manage commercial litigation files, ensuring accuracy and proper organization throughout their lifecycle.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s Degree or a Paralegal Certificate, with 3+ years of experience in a litigation setting.
• Experience: Practical experience working with e-discovery software and proven involvement in trial preparation.
• Skills: Excellent computer skills, demonstrated high-level attention to detail, superior written and oral communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and the capacity to multi-task effectively.
