What You’ll Actually Do
Discovery Management: Respond effectively to motions and discovery requests as part of the legal process.
Stakeholder Communication: Engage in highly effective communication with both internal team members and external clients.
Client Service: Deliver excellent customer service to clients, maintaining a client-first mindset in all interactions.
Case Support: Support general litigation cases by performing essential paralegal duties.
Workflow Adaptability: Work independently and adapt to an evolving work environment, contributing to a friendly team setting.

The Must-Haves
• Background: This role requires a paralegal with core domain knowledge in general litigation and a client-first mindset.
• Experience: At least 3+ years of experience in the legal field, with a focus on general litigation.
• Skills: Proficiency in Word, Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, and Excel. Highly organized with a clear and concise communication style, a self-starter, and goal-oriented.
• Bonus: E-Discovery experience is a plus. Experience in insurance defense or construction litigation is preferred.
