What You’ll Actually Do
• Draft essential legal documents, preparing a variety of filings and correspondence to support ongoing litigation cases.
• Perform comprehensive legal research, delving into statutes, case law, and regulations to inform legal strategies and attorney recommendations.
• Review and analyze discovery materials, meticulously examining documents and evidence to identify key facts and insights relevant to active cases.
• Assist with critical trial preparation tasks, helping to organize evidence, develop witness strategies, and ensure attorneys are fully prepared for court proceedings.
• Seize opportunities to attend and observe significant litigation events, including trials, depositions, and hearings, gaining direct exposure to the practical application of legal procedures.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Minimum qualification: Juris Doctor. Career level: Entry-Level. Candidates must have successfully completed law school and recently sat for the Bar Exam, demonstrating foundational legal knowledge and a commitment to professional practice.
• Experience: No prior professional experience as a practicing attorney is required. This role is specifically designed for individuals post-Bar Exam seeking their initial practical legal experience within a litigation setting.
• Skills: Proficiency in drafting legal documents, strong legal research capabilities, analytical skills for reviewing and analyzing discovery, and organizational aptitude for trial preparation support.
